How it works
- We aim to provide our customers with the most competitively-priced options for their holiday.
- We offer to search for the best prices on flights, hotels and car rentals.
- The customer pays us a search fee for successfully providing any of the above-mentioned items.
- The fee will generally be £35 per booking, or 15% of the value of the ticket, whichever amount is higher. At times, we reserve the right to add to our fees without prior notice to the client, if securing the ticket has involved complications or extensive time spent searching. The same holds true if additional stops or passengers are added to a booking.
- The fee is included in the price quoted for the ticket and by booking with us you acknowledge and accept our terms of use.
- We use third party website for the bookings and all the terms and conditions of the websites that we use apply to all parts of the package we provide the customer.

3. We do not sell Travel Products
Our services and Website is similar to a travel search engine. All Bookings 4U does not provide, own or control any of the travel services and products that you can access through Our Website, such as flights, accommodations, rental cars, packages, or travel insurance (the “Travel Products”). The Travel Products are owned, controlled or made available by third parties (the “Travel Providers”) either directly (e.g. airlines) or as an agent (e.g. online travel agents).

5 Liability for bookings
Your use of the Website is entirely at your own risk. The website facilitates your bookings with Travel Providers but is not responsible and has no liability to you in respect of such bookings. You agree to comply in full with all applicable Travel Provider Terms. You acknowledge that breaching Travel Provider Terms could result in the cancellation of tickets or reservations, revocation of frequent flier miles and other benefits, and additional charges.
6. Problems with bookings
In the event that you encounter any problems with any booking you make or attempt to make via The Website, you acknowledge that you should resolve that issue with the relevant Travel Provider and that your sole remedy in such circumstances, including any refund, lies with the relevant Travel Provider and not with The Website.
